We obviously cannot execute your construction for you without physically coming to your project site. However, we'll come to your project site or have any detailed project discussion with project owners UNTIL basic requirements have been met:

- Income Eligibility Requirements, and/or

- Mandatory Preconstruction Checks

Preconstruction Checks, typically confirms ownership, unencumbered status and non-litigation status of the land in question.

1. FIRST TIME VISITS

The eligibility requirements for our Build Now Pay Later have clearly been stated on our website. Before we make any initial visit to your site, you MUST have met our income eligibility requirement, and completed our Mandatory Preconstruction Checks (MPC).

We can defer the income check fee, so long as you complete the MPCs yourself without paying a dime to us to do it for you, before we can come to your site. No site visit or in-person in-office meeting will be scheduled until you have complied with all the applicable preconstruction checks - not a prudent use of our time, personnel and other resources !!

Once the initial meeting is completed, the contractor can visit the site and develop a design and layout. Building construction involves a considerable quantity of material and budget, and it is easy for costs to overrun. Once the planning and structural detailing is done, the construction estimator shares the details.

2. FIELD ASSESSMENT

Another key pre-construction stage is the field assessment, an in-depth exploration of the site on which a project is planned. This often includes detailed conditions including topography, other existing structures, site utilities, property lines, easements and more. Additionally, town/city and/or assembly zoning and parking ordinances are identified.

The goal in this stage is to define site constraints that your builder must either work within or overcome.
