Similar to Salaried Worker Requirements, Land Ownership is MANDATORY to qualify to use this service, in additional to demonstrating Proof of Permanent Employment and/or Net Regular Monthly Income Above GHs5,000.

For commercial projects, be prepared to support any application with a detailed business plan and cash flow projections. Financial status of your business and the proposed construction project is assessed.

 

Additional Documentation required:

- Proof of ownership of land

- Valid Build Permit

- Proof of Employment

- Tax Return / Tax Clearance Certificate

- Proof of Identification (Any of the following Government-issued photo ID: Passport, Voter's, Ghana card). NHIS + Birth Certificate but NHIS alone.

- TIN Number / Certificate

- Business Plan for commercial projects, outlining how their revenue model will be adequate to repay the cost of construction and/or development.
