If you can do all the mandatory preconstruction checks yourself and have the results sent to us directly, refund doesn't apply to you. This refund policy must be read together with the terms, conditions and rules governing our operations, and the laws of the jurisdictions we operate in.

Once you provide a litigation-free land and your verified income qualifies you to use our services, there's no instance where we will refuse to render you the service.

 BNPL-ASSISTED CHECKS

There are no refunds if evidence of searches and validations from statutory government bodies are provided within our standard 90 days window. One cannot ask for a refund before 90 days when the process has started.

Any refund amount will be less the cost incurred for any of these receipted checks. If you have opted for a borehole, the cost of the survey may also be deducted before sending your refund, if the survey was completed and report furnished the project owner - because the survey report is specific to your location and data can be used for your own drilling at any time you so desire,as we can't use borehole survey data for your project site for another project site.

 

We reserve the right to deduct platform fee of GHs1,000,covering adminstrative costs: covers our server and software costs, document processing (proof of employment and income checks), etc.

 

 

LAND PURCHASE ASSISTANCE

This also qualifies for refunds, if no land is provided for consideration within 90 days.

 

FORCED REFUNDS

There are instances we ourselves may cancel applications, usually as a result of client disrespect to our staff, operations, business and/or entity.

 

POST-COMPLETION NO REFUNDS

If we have completed your project, handed over to you and you're satisfied with it, there are no refunds with repayments made to clear your outstanding debts, obviously.

 

VERY IMPORTANT

NO interest or foreign exchange differences will accrue on payments that are eventually refunded, either in part or in full. Providing false information or misrepresenting facts is grounds for any refund forfeiture.

 

PROCESSING TIMELINE

Refunds usually take 30-45 days, typically: but it could be earlier than 30 days or beyond 45 days, depending on status of paused ongoing checks, or payment method used.

In instances of delays or beyond our control, the client will just have to wait within reasonable time beyond 45 days till completely refunded.
