Preconstruction cost assistance encompasses various help for the serious project owner low on funds to complete all the expenses before the actual construction begins.

We will only accept to assist with the above if the client fully understands the costs and time involved, accepts to pay us for these non-refundable costs, and complies with the set out timelines.

Our direct pre-construction cost pre-financing may cover any of the following, after it's been demonstrated by the project owner to have spent their own funds in getting some of them in place - because we don't provide 100% preconstruction costs assistance.

 

BUILDING DRAWINGS

The cost of architectural and/or structural drawings can quite steep. Client is responsible for financing the cost of this. Any cost above GHs5,000, we come in to help.

 

BoQ PREPARATION

With the building drawings, a qualified quantity surveyor is expected to provide a detailed estimate of the quantities of building materials. We only come in to help if the projected cost of this is above GHs5,000.

 

BOREHOLE DRILLING - CONSTRUCTION WATER

If you want us to just buy water into a movable storage tank instead of a cost-effective borehole option, we can just include the cost into the BoQ, which will increase the project cost.

We will only pre-finance the actual borehole drilling if the client takes up the cost of the pre-drilling survey.

 

BUILDING PERMIT

No construction with us will start without a valid building permit.
