MANDATORY PRECONSTRUCTION CHECKS
Part of the preconstruction activities required for any project with we pre-financing it, are the Mandatory Preconstruction Checks. These checks are not part of our core mandate - and you can do these checks yourself and update us with the results with your application. However, if you need us to do these checks on your behalf, because you may not have the time and/or experience to carry them out, then we will charge you separately for it and such fees will be required upfront (flexible installment payment options available).
