To use our Construction On Credit services, you need to be an existing church or religious organisation that meet the following requirements:
- Registration certificate & a board resolution,
- Minimum of 6 months of bank statements and proof of steady tithes or income.
- Litigation-Free Land, properly documented
- Qualified Architectural and/or Structural Drawings
- Valid Bill of Quantities (BoQ)
- MUST have your own cash savings to cover all the applicable preconstruction activities
Whilst we pre-finance the procurement of all the building materials required for the project commencement and completion, and labour costs for all onsite construction works, all pre-construction costs are the project owner's financial responsibility.
