We typically pre-finance up to 97% of your project cost, that covers everything on the Bill of Quantities (Building Materials and Labour Costs), whilst the client takes of all applicable pre-construction costs themselves.
However, if you bought your land from a sister company DCANS Lands Ghana, we take care of everything of all your pre-construction costs without you paying a dime, including:
- Architectural & Structural Drawings
- Bill of Quantities (BoQ) Preparation
- Building Permit Procurement
- All Mandatory Preconstruction Costs (which is even waived by default when you have bought your land from a DCANS Group Business, that we already know the details of the land for).
