This self-funded service does not make room for talkshop (or mere talk). If you're fixated with the old manual, ineffective, inefficient ways of doing things, our services may not be for you.
NO PAPER FORMS
There are no paper forms when applying with us - all applications are done online and once submitted the applicant will automatically receive a copy of their completed online application that received and our system logging it.
INCOME VERIFICATION
As the name of the service suggest (Build Now Pay Later), you're not required to make any upfront payment for the construction stage itself (building materials, workmanship, etc), until we have completed the project, hence, the need to demonstrate that you have the regular monthly income above GHS2,000 (specific amount tied to your project type, cost, repayment period).
MANDATORY PRECONSTRUCTION CHECKS
Projects are built on land (and not in the air), hence the need for the applicant to demonstrate to us that they have a litigation-free and/or encumbered land registered in the applicant's own name (or a business the applicant is a shareholder or owner of). If you don't have land, you can avail yourself of our land purchase assistance programme if you want - If you cannot do either, you cannot use this service - it's as simple as that !!!
COST ESTIMATION
We only visit your site in-person to cost your project after you have completed our mandatory preconstruction checks. Please don't send us building designs to our whatsapp platform asking as to give you a quote - it doesn't work that way.

Haphazardness are not tolerated across our platform. We follow well coordinated step-by-step process.
MEETINGS BY APPOINTMENT
Once you have completed our mandatory preconstruction checks, we provide you valid login details to enable you book in-person in-office or onsite meetings. Note that if you have an ongoing works on your project site, you're advised to always channel all issues to the allocated project or site manager directly.
