Our Construction On Credit Services in Ghana allows individuals living abroad to design, manage, & build residential or commercial properties back home safely and transparently - and you only repay us after completion and/or handover (either in bulk or via pre-agreed monthly installments).
But note that, all pre-construction costs are your responsibility, even as we may assist with some of these costs on your behalf. All building materials costs and actual onsite construction labour costs are pre-financed by us on your behalf.

ELIGIBILITY
- You must be legally resident in your current country of abode, and not an illegal immigrant, to qualify to use our services.
- You must be in employment and not on benefit.
- You must be earning minimum net cedi equivalent of $1,500 per month
