The DCANS Group Limited (corporate parent) operates both a virtual and physical offices via DCANS Hub Ghana (Dedicated Customer Support Platform of the group), in line with the groupwide operational efficiency.
Kindly take note that our physical offices are not for making enquiries, applications or payments. All applications are done online, as well as enquiries via our digital channels.
PHYSICAL OFFICE OPTIONS
The group offers shared office options among its subsidiaries, divisions and units - No single business owned by The DCANS Group has a single customer-facing office space to itself:
i. Construction Site Offices
Typically for relevant in-person meetings with an appointment. These offices are used jointly with
ii. Backoffices
For administrative duties. Not for meetings.
ii. Home Offices
For administrative duties. Not for meetings.
iii. Subcontractor Offices
Where applicable or appropriate, in-person in-office meetings are held at the offices of partner subcontractors.
iv. No Appointment Required Locations
These are mainly for providing dine-in options for DCANS Kitchens Ghana and other group duties. This option not yet available, but will be soon. This option is also meant for our pending in-person digital payments.
IN-PERSON DIGITAL PAYMENTS
All physical cash payments are banned across all businesses and platforms owned by The DCANS Group Limited. If you're uncomfortable with making payments via any of our existing digital payment options, you can avoid or delay using our services that require payments until our in-person digital payments become available (at the same time as our no appointment required locations become available).
