Being a Public or Private Sector Salaried Worker is one of the eligible qualifying groups that can use our services. Additionally Proof of Permanent Employment and/or Net Regular Total Household Monthly Income Above GHs5,000 (this could be a combination of that of your direct family relations - spouse, siblings, parents, children).
REQUIREMENTS
Additional Documentation required:
✤ Proof of ownership of land located within any of our covered regions
✤ Proof of Employment: Payslip (most recent 3 months)
✤ SSNIT Statement only required for Private Sector Salaried Workers (Not required for Public Sector Salaried Workers)
Proof of ID is not required when applying online, but when submitting the signed contract after we have visited your site in-person after completing our Mandatory Preconstruction Checks, in line with our privacy policy and/or how we operate.
